Referenced record creation within context

Often we reference to a second table where we either select an existing record or we need to create a new record. It would be amazing if we could search existing records by typing. If the record doesnt exist allow new record creation without having to leave the form and go to the referenced table.

In the example I added above we are adding a content filed which has 3 referenced tables. Without being able to do in context creation of records we would have to go to each table individually to create records and then come back to content field to create that record and reference to records previously created. As you can imagine this is not the best user experience.
