We're adding multiple permission rules on the same table.

This will allow the creation of multiple permission filters with OR criteria, and allow different pages, fields, records, and table permissions depending on the criteria.

For example, if you wanted to implement: a user can edit their own profile but read everyone else profiles. You could do it!
