Chat feature for Customer Portal

I am interested in having a chat feature available for the Customer Portal. Currently, I couldn't find any tutorial or information about integrating a chat system within the Customer Portal, which would be beneficial for real-time communication with users.

I need the comment feature to be able to delete and edit messages, in addition to attaching files.

It would be great if you could open different threads to address different subjects.

AI is everywhere! We need a nice easy to use Chat widget you could do things like sms, chat, emails from this widget. Could just nice replicate functionally like slack!
